Having negative body image means that, most of the time, you see yourself inaccurately, you feel uncomfortable with your body and want to change it.
It's hard to have positive body image in a society where negative images are everywhere.
It's important to adopt a positive body image so you can live a happy and healthy life.
But, how do you? It begins by accepting yourself how you are. Making healthy choices, eating good but still treating yourself, changing the way you think about yourself and others and realizing what is realistic and what isn't.
It's so important to tell yourself positive things. What you tell yourself you will eventually begin to believe. Be kind to yourself.
Love your body for what it can do! It does so much for you! It deserves to be loved!
